The location was fantastic, close to all major attractions with great transport links. The area had excellent bars and restaurants, making it easy to find a great place to eat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring our stay was enjoyable.
The noise levels were unacceptable. The walls were thin and we could hear everything from surrounding rooms, even every conversation from the reception desk.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was ideal - right next to the tram and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread. Not only did they offer a good variety of food, but they even had wine available.
The only minor issue was the noise from the tram outside.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants. It's conveniently located next to a train station and tram stop, making it easy to travel around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent service. The breakfast is decent, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. you can find guarded parking nearby at a reasonable rate.
There were some issues with maintaining the water temperature and occasionally loud noises from passing trams.
